*Boomer response curve (SPL) is geared towards people looking for maximum loudness. This style box will be louder than the flat response curve at some frequencies, has a high impedance rise, and can utilize an amplifier rated at a slightly higher RMS than the subwoofer.

*Enclosure recommendations do not account for subwoofer, bracing, and port displacement.

F150 under seat build meso 6.5

Bought 2 ct sounds meso 6.5 for a pickup truck build. Then I bought 2 more. Currently using all 4 in a 1.5cu ported enclosure tuned to 30hz. For such a small driver these surprised me with there output potential and clarity. I am averaging 125db on music and peaking 130db at 30hz sine. Plan to add two more to finish the build off. These subs can take a good amount of power with ease. Thanks for a great product at a great price.

6.5 meso

Well so far. I’ve been breaking them in. But they look an feel like nice quality. They sound great to. But still breaking them in, so not pushing them hard yet. Using a JP2300 watt amp.

Impressive!

I have 8 of these in a 4th order blowthru on 5k and I am blown away. They could easily handle a lot more.

Was skeptical of reviews and 6.5"

Was skeptical about what I'd get out of this thing as I've never heard a 6.5" but I was able to pull fairly impressive numbers in a crew cab pickup with a single 6.5" ported
122.9 db @ 30 hz
121.8 db @35 hz
120 db @ 40 hz
I tuned around 30 hz so your experience will depend on your box but overall I'm looking forward to 4 of these under my seats.
For reference this is much louder than the shallow mount JL 10" I had.

Picture shows it with a 10 mm deep well socket for size reference lol
